Approach

Lock down basics before beginning, fonts (limiting to no more than two through out), decide on main color scheme, images to convey messaging.  Also, decide on which type of binding to utilize for the printed presentation.

Solution

Since all of our data server locations globally are all operating to high, green energy standards, images dipicting those practices were utilized.  Images such as isolated wind farms (both on and offshore) which allows our data centers to operate at above 80% carbon-free energy.  All pie charts located throughout the proposal are also thematically in various shades of green to emphasize our commitment.  For the binding, PUR perfect bound book was the choice due to its stronger bond than traditional adhesives, all the while presenting a cleaner look to the proposal.
