Voice of The People
An upstart digital secured communication company based in Leesburg, Va. Voice of The People brings an invotative way of providing a service for people who are concerned about how their online information is protected. With major tech companies like Google and such, the growing concern of those viewing private information rises each day. With over 1500 current customers, VOTP continues to provide above other companies with the latest technology in encryted secured databases.
Approach
The thought process is to create a logo with lasting mass social appeal based upon two elements. Incorporating both the everyday mission of VOTP with the human element, per the customers request. Color scheme was to utilize two visually contrasting aspects, red for the main function of VOTP, conveying the deletion of digital letters and a light blue, symbolizing the human side of the service.
Solution
I took the letter V and made that the foundational iconography for Voice of The People. The closest face of the V perspective wise is a flame symbolically dipicting the deletion of a digital letter while the other face shows the human in charge of such task. In conclusion, people are the ones that are in control of their digital communications.
